Had my oil changed here for $20 for several years before business came under new ownership. Always…read moresupplied my own oil and filter. Not knowing the business had changed hands and having already purchased oil and filter I called to make an appointment. I was advised by the owners son that it was under new ownership but they would do the oil change for $20 if I provided the oil and filter. I painted a white X on the oil filter before bringing it in. They never replaced my oil filter because the white X was still on the filter at my most recent oil change. They did not return my filter.

When I went to pick up my car after an hour, they told they ran into a problem because they didn't have the correct filter, so they did not do the oil change Despite the fact that they had my phone number and could've called or text-they did not!!! So I wasted an hour waiting and walking around Walmart. I understand the fact that they didn't have the correct filter, but I don't understand why they did not notified me so that I didn't waste an hour waiting for them to do the oil change. I don't like Walmart and I won't be back.

He gave us a thorough run down on every car we were interested in. When we chose the car we wanted he went out of his way to find us the best deal he could on it. When we received the new car he explained all of the new gadgets on it in detail and helped us set many of them up. His knowledge and friendliness will continue to bring us back to this dealership.

Worst service department ever!!! I have no idea how the rude and miserable people that work there…read morestill have a job!! Nothing but complete disrespect the second you walk in. If they don't know you or your family on a personal level; they treat you like crap. I have gone there to get my car serviced since 2005 because they were the closest GM dealership to where I live, and they have scratched the car doors, left oil sludge all over the inside and out, and were completely disrespectful towards my concerns. Thankfully I haven't had to take it there since the warranty has expired (I have been taking it to Wolverine Auto instead, they're great) but because there was a recall on the ignition; I was doomed to have to go back there. Needless to say, the service AGAIN was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes until some rude employee took my keys and they didn't even know why I was there, even though I made the appointment a week ago. The service manager was on the phone treating some other poor customer like a jerk and wouldn't even acknowledge I was there, a mechanic came out and gave me an evil look, and two other service employees just sat there doing nothing. I had enough, took my keys and left! I wasn't going to let these horrible people touch my car! So PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO FLANNERY'S unless you want to be treated like a piece of crap! The people that work there do not deserve their jobs and should be fired. FLANNERY'S is the worst car dealership and service center in the county. Just save your time and personal well-being and take your vehicle somewhere else. FLANNERY'S SUCKS and the owner should be embarrassed to have his name associated with the place; but hey, I hear he's a real big ass too!
