I would HIGHLY recommend them for your flooring, tile, windows, or countertops. They have a fantastic selection, are great to work with, and extremely friendly! Mike and Sandy Cox, the owners, really worked with us to schedule the carpet installation to work with our schedule and to allow us adequate time between rooms to move furniture around. The installation crew is LIGHTNING fast with the removal of the old flooring and the laying of the new padding and carpeting. Our old carpet was a hot mess, and they got it out and the new padding and carpet put in within 2 hours time, and the carpet looks TERRIFIC, absolute perfection in putting it down tight, and with extremely professional transition strips/thresholds at the doorways, and around all the walls. My wife and I could not possibly ask for better! I did take one star off because I DO wish the installers had worn face masks due to COVID-19 right now. We have huge signs on our door to please wear a mask as I'm immune-compromised as well as free masks hanging from the inside of the door. And even when it was dusty because they pulled up the carpet, we offered them new and clean disposable masks and they declined to wear the masks. So there were no masks worn by the two-man crew installing the carpet, which I really wish they had done, especially after we offered it to them, and with the signs all over the door. Also, while the owners, Mike and Sandy, were professional and pleasant to speak with, the two men that installed the carpet could have been friendlier. They didn't introduce themselves either day that they were here, and when we introduced ourselves they just asked where the room was, and never did give their names. We're a transgender couple, so they may have been bothered by that because they wouldn't really speak to us at all other than to say "thank you" when we were gushing over how much we love the carpet. But that's okay. I won't take off a star for that because they didn't need to be friendly, they were professional, and got the job done, and did a GREAT job at removing the old flooring and installing the new padding and carpet. They were in and out faster than I've ever seen any crew put in carpeting. So while they weren't the friendliest, they certainly were the most effective and efficient. But other than that, everything was perfect, they were here on time, and the carpeting looks even better than I could have imagined! We can't wait until Monday to get the last room finished!

Bruce's quote came in the lowest, but he main need was needing a job done right. Bruce's history and background in window treatments really sold us on him. We did have a moment of hesitation, because he does everything solo, but he was so down to earth and knowledgeable, that our instincts said to go with him. It was quite a job for someone to do 24 vertical blinds in one day. He came precisely when he said he would and was done 6 or less hours later! No mess was left and everything thing was PERFECT!! Upstairs a very cool manual blind and blackout motorized blinds for our bedroom. The two motorized blinds arrived after sometime and we're installed and work well. They made several appointments to install the manual blinds and showed up with either the wrong equipment or the wrong parts and it was just kind of a mess. There were two or three appointments where they weren't able to finish the work and we told them just to forget about it. We were frustrated about making time to meet them more than once and them not being able to finish the job. The shades are very nice, the people we dealt with were lovely, but the experience was not great. The most frustrating part was after we paid a very high price for all of this work and the blinds the next day they sent us a coupon for 25% off for us to pass to a friend. We didn't know that a 25% discount was an option and felt taken. That's not cool.

We moved from out of state and used budget blinds previously. Previously, The a designer came out,…read moresuggested styles based on our home and we loved the shades untIl the day we moved. Our experience here was unfortunately not the same. The rep came out (not a designer) and really didn't offer any advice. I was torn because I knew it would be an expensive purchase (we always go higher end) and didn't want to regret it. After approx 3 mos (with no contact from Budget Blinds) I called to ask on the status. Hmmmm all the shades were in .... The tech came out to install them and I was a bit disappointed. One shade hangs lower on the right, and a few shades show the rubber banding which hangs below the shade. One shade should really have been two separate shades because of the width of the window. As a result of the wide expanse and weight that shade does not hang evenly either. As a side note, in our previous home the designer installed 2 shades in an expanse the same size. So... why not contact budget blinds back? Because this is only a temporary home and will be selling soon!
