I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication provided by this childcare…read morecenter. There were frequent, unannounced days when the school was closed, showing very poor communication with parents. Additionally, my child came home sick almost every other week, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and health practices. There also appear to be too many children with not enough supervision. Today, when I picked up my child, she was outside eating dirt. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told while they smiled and laughed that she "always eats dirt at school," as if this were a joke. This was very unprofessional and deeply concerning. While I understand staff cannot monitor every child every second, I do expect a reasonable level of supervision and quality care, especially considering the cost of enrollment. This experience has fallen far below those expectations. I do not recommend this childcare center, and I will be withdrawing my child immediately.

One of my coworkers got her nose broken by a child and they still continued to allow the child to attend.
