We sold our truck but found the title still had a lien from a bank Huntington bought out. After taking a copy of the title to them, we assumed it would be a couple days to do the search for the loan we had paid off ten years prior. After a week, my husband called and they said they were still working on it. After 11 days, I went to the branch. She assured me it had been completed 5 days prior and the lien release was "in the mail". After two more days I called and they said the release was coming from Columbus Ohio and I should wait 7 to 10 days since "the mail is so slow". We did finally get it in the mail a day later and it was not postmarked the date the employee had told me. This is only one of the bad experiences with this bank! read more
