In the event there were no apartments available to fit our needs, she wanted to ensure we had time to make other living arrangements...very thoughtful. Her customer service toward us BEFORE we were tenants will always be remembered. Fortunately, we were able to get an apartment in time for our scheduled move and we are so thankful that we did. The office staff is outstanding! Kim, Kim, and Christy are ALWAYS responsive to any questions or concerns. I always feel welcome and I can always expect to see a smiling face when I enter into the leasing office. The maintenance team is just as great! Anthony, Caleb, and Jawaski go above and beyond to make sure the grounds are immaculate and the homes are well maintained. The landscapers are always on site pruning, trimming, planting, and cutting. It is a beautiful place to live. The neighbors are friendly and my children have made many friends in the immediate area. For us, this is not just a set of apartments, this is our community. It is also the place my family and I are proud to call home!

Generally a quiet and safe area, with lots of parking and Amazon deliveries don't seem to get stolen when left on the porch. Located in a central location but you will need a car to get around as the entire city of Albany, GA doesn't seem to have sidewalks. Bob who runs the place is awesome, easy to talk to. Make sure you give them 60 DAYS NOTICE that you are moving out, because they WILL charge you a fee otherwise. There are college students throwing pool parties during the summer, and 20-somethings hanging out in the parking lot weekend nights. The quality of the interior is horrible--disgusting kitchen cabinets, cockroaches, and ignored maintenance issues. The maintenance people here do not know what they are doing and are slow to do it. This is a great place if you want to feel like you are living in a dormatory.

The grounds were kept pretty nice, the common area in the unit was a nice size, private bedroom/bath wasn't large but it was very comfortable for a student with a bed, dresser and desk. Nice walk to ASU campus with no safety issues in or around the apartment complex. He did NOT like the Albany area though. When we moved him out July 2021 his unit was not the most up to date but it was still comfortable with the normal appliances and everything in working condition. A small portion of the deposit was kept and no response to my inquiry. I sent a letter explaining why the full deposit should have been refunded. My letter was promptly responded to with a call but I was unable to answer. The balance of the deposit was received in the mail. Thanks College Park! Staying here saved us from having to take thousands of dollars in student loans to have dorm costs and meal plans paid upfront. I worked a few extra hours and paid the $450 rent each month and he took care of his groceries. I would recommend this property without a doubt!

The apartments are a little outdated because they were built in the 70's and the pool doesn't stay clean all summer but overall its a great place to start out in or at least stop in for a year while you're looking for something better. There are tons of kids here and almost everybody has a dog of some sort so if you can get past that you should be good. I recommend it, not for long term, but at least passing through.
