She came out the next day and from the "get go" we had a gut feeling that she would do a good job and we were not disappointed!! She started the job in two days and estimated that it would take two days and she was finished on time as promised. She is a perfectionist with her painting and it showed in the finished result. She even touched up numerous areas from a previous wall painter. She said that it would have driven her crazy to not do this for us and luckily we had some extra paint from that job. I only wish we would have hired her to do the original wall painting. She also was very careful about cleaning any paint droppings and swept up and cleaned everything upon completion. We were extremely happy with her work and the final results!!

I got 3 quotes on the work and selected Tom. All quotes were for a total of 6 trees, 4 in the front yard to be dropped and hauled off, 2 in the back yard just to be dropped. Heading into a holiday weekend he and his crew had completed the front on Thursday so I paid him that day so he could deposit the check and pay his crew before the long weekend. He came back the next morning, dropped one tree and left without a word (and I was home, we had discussed the last 2 trees when he and his crew arrived). Numerous calls and text messages over the next several weeks just resulted in some being answered, lot of excuses and missed dates to come back and drop the last tree. The tree is still standing months later. Tom did not do the job we agreed to and I paid him to do. Again, get it in writing and don't pay until you are satisfied!
