First time here was for catered anniversary party. Second time had the chicken fried steak (real breaded steak that was 1/4-1/2" thick), mashed potatoes and a gravy boat of sawmill gravy. Tonight had the ribeye, twice baked potato and salad bar. Steak was perfectly done (medium) and hot. Highly recommend the salad bar (in itself a meal). Highly recommend this place, a real hidden treasure of a restaurant. One more thing, this is not a Chinese restaurant.

It seems the commercial growers are fighting shipment time, so the frozen gooseberries are not a problem for us. I may stop at this grocery every other month, primarily for their never-frozen beef and pork. The pie is a bonus, and priced reasonably at $9.99. I usually make my own pies, and it is rare that I would buy one. It's the gooseberry pie that makes me buy MarCon!
