Charged $199.00 for fifteen minute visit. Was given insurance cards to cover expense. They ether failed to contact insurance and make claim or they attempted to double charge, as I started getting bill in Aug. 2018 for visit in early May 2017. Insurance company was notified, so far no more billing. Be aware, if you're paying I'd suggest you find what you're going to be billed before going there... Our time to them is not valuable. They consider theirs very valuable. I spent over an hour on phone getting it straightened out..Too bad I can't bill them for my time. read more
