I could give you so many reasons why you shouldn't even consider Eric Pelkey as your realtor but I…read morewill just name a few. First of all, Eric will say anything and agree to everything in order to get the listing. Once we signed, he stopped listening to any suggestions or any questions we had. He does not like checking in and is not big on communication. We had him for approx 2 weeks and by the end of that, he was so incredibly rude and hurtful that I fired him and he acted infantile by firing me back. He made one of life's 5 worst stressors that much more stressful. I told him that if I knew he had a power washing company and wouldn't be putting his full attention into selling our home, I would've thought twice about hiring him. His response: "I made more money power washing this past week than I'll ever make selling your little trailer (up until that point he had been referring to our home as a manufactured home). #1 reason why I know Eric to be the worst Realtor ever is that we hired Maisie from Evergreen Real Estate Group and the difference is night and day. Thank you, Maisie!!!

Having recently dealt with this company, I would advise anyone to steer clear. Their response time…read moreand communication skills are severely lacking. Their general way of doing business is on the shady end of the spectrum (they are not averse to distorting the facts surrounding condition of property, they tried to screw my realtor out of his portion of the commission, and their lack of attention caused their client's (the seller) closing/recording to be delayed by several days).

I've been dealing with this HOA management company for the past five years, and unfortunately, the…read moreexperience has been consistently disappointing. From the start, the communication has been poor, and the management--particularly Judy--has been unprofessional and unresponsive. I've received years' worth of nitpicky complaints about minor issues like slightly dry patches of grass, which I've managed to shrug off. But this year has truly been the tipping point. After accidentally making a double payment, I contacted Judy immediately with instructions not to deposit the check if it arrived after I paid online. Despite our email exchange, the check was deposited the very next day. It took weeks of back and forth just to get my own money refunded. Now, there's an unapproved above-ground pool installed in a neighbor's backyard that is damaging my fence. I've sent multiple emails with photos, and after weeks, I've yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This company is a joke. They operate out of their home, and the lack of transparency and accountability is staggering. I strongly believe this management group should be replaced by a professional company that actually communicates, enforces rules fairly, and provides transparency about where our dues are going. I would happily pay more for proper management that takes the responsibilities of an HOA seriously.

This place is an absolute joke. They decide to drive by on the day of garbage pickup and if your…read moregarbage cans are not collected by 7pm on the day of collection, they threaten to fine you. But God forbid, they enforce the rest of the C.C&R's sections that talk about yard care, weeds, satellites, fences, garbage in people's front yard, ect. You are a joke Judy. They also don't care to answer their phone when you call.

I recently began searching to buy a new home in Clark County, I looked online and had an immediate…read moreresponse from Tim Saur. He emailed me asking what type of home I was looking for so that he could better help assist in my search. He paid close attention to the type of home I wanted, the area and the price. He sent me some listings that met my criteria and we proceeded to make arrangements to view the homes. This was my very first home purchase as a single mother and Tim was very honest with his opinions when it came to what type of areas the homes were in. He made an extra effort to make sure the homes we looked at were in good, move in condition and in safe neighborhoods. When I found the home I wanted, we immediately put an offer in. Tim was helpful throughout the entire process. He kept in constant contact with my lender and the seller's Realtor. Anyone can help you find a house, but honestly Tim took that extra step in making sure that he was there through every step of the purchase. I would completely recommend Tim Saur as a Realtor, whether it's buying or selling your home.
