They saw how anxious I was but worked with me through the process, made me feel like they were one of my friends! Dr.Farag was wonderful and I almost fell asleep when he was working on my tooth! I had to return approximately 4-5 times to have the same crown corrected because it kept falling off. What made the experience even more frustrating was that it wasn't just the crown--I felt like every time I went in, I was being charged something out of pocket for another procedure or service. After spending so much money, I expected the work to be done correctly the first time. To make matters worse, I am still making payments on the crowns I had done at this office. It's incredibly frustrating to still be paying for dental work that, according to the second opinion I received, wasn't done correctly and now needs to be redone. On top of that, had a filling came off the same week after getting it done. Recently, another filling that was done here came off. I recently went to a different dentist for a second opinion and was told that the two crowns I had done at this office were not done correctly and that another filling needs to be corrected as well. I've never experienced so many issues from one dental office. Between the repeated visits, the ongoing out-of-pocket costs, the fact that I'm still paying for the original crowns, and now learning that multiple restorations need to be redone, I have completely lost confidence in the quality of care I received. I will never return and would not recommend this office based on my experience.
