When he showed up he was very professional and thorough in his inspection. Well dressed and extremely well mannered, he detailed the services in full and later emailed me a quote for the job, breaking down each specific portion of the job, from cleaning the deck to the house to a rock wall. The services can be had A La Carte or combined. There are discounts for bundled services so the more you have them do the more you save. Unfortunately their services aren't cheap but you get what you pay for as the saying goes. I haven't decided whether or not to have them do the work yet as I have a few other things to do first, but if their services are provided as professionally as Ryan when he provided the quote they should be good.

This company falls short. The owner is unprofessional and he does not care about you or your business. They might begin fine and you count on them for a minute, but rest assured they will let you down. I was treated horribly by the owner when I requested Troy. We were told that we could request him. We had a problem when Troy wasn't there that they splattered the cleaners all over the side of building and it ruined some signs. However we didn't ask for anything in return except to request their employee that we felt we could trust to protect our building and do a good job. So after I was trying to schedule a time with the owner Rick, requesting his employee he just kept saying I can't help you. ...it was bazaar. I had not complained at all. Only made a request. This seemed to bend him. His mother called back to schedule us after they had let us down. I explained that we already had our hood cleaned because her son was rude, unprofessional and wouldn't give me a time or date and said he couldn't help us. She apologized and said she felt he had something going on so I said ok and I would give them another chance. Set another appointment when it was time, requesting Troy which she stated more than once yes he's great. On the day they were to show up, I received a call from Rick's Mom to return call. I called and she said they looked over their list for the day and Rick said we aren't doing their hood because they left a 1 Star review on google. I said that was after he said he couldn't help us on our hood but that I would be willing to remove it if moving forward he didn't behave that way to us when we need our hood cleaned.
