Going through a divorce after 16 years of marriage was overwhelming at times, but they helped make the legal process feel much more manageable. Cathy was knowledgeable, compassionate, and straightforward throughout the entire process and Nicole was always responsive, patient and helpful whenever I had questions or needed clarification. I never felt like I was navigating everything completely on my own. I truly appreciate everything Cathy and Nicole did for me and my family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing guidance through a difficult family law matter. Thank you both for helping me close this chapter and begin the next one ‍

The day of the appointment I arrived with all the documentation needed to discuss administration of my parents trust, which I had told the receptionist was the reason I was seeking legal counsel. Marissa was dismissive and curt with me almost immediately. I found her attitude, demeanor and appearance completely unprofessional. She barely looked at the legal trust documents I presented. She told me she hated the kind of case I was presenting and wanted $10,000.00 to discuss it further. She told me I needed to hire a professional to administer the trust. That was the reason I made the appointment with her. The meeting ended in less than a half hour and she kept the $350.00 she had taken for the one hour appointment I paid for. She completely wasted months of my time. I have had the occasion to seek legal counsel numerous times in my professional career for various reasons. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever witnessed an attorney display.

Unfortunately they were unable to wrap me for personal reasons, but they gave me other people that could help. I really appreciated that. Honesty goes a really long way. I was referred to this firm specifically to assume representation for both my workers' compensation…read moreclaim and my employment termination matter. The referral was presented as a coordinated transfer to a larger firm capable of handling overlapping injury and employment law issues. This was not a general inquiry, it was intended to be a formal case handoff. When I contacted the office, staff appeared unfamiliar with my case and unaware of any referral communication. I was treated as a new cold inquiry rather than a client whose matter was being transferred. There was no evidence that case materials had been reviewed or that any attorney-to-attorney coordination had occurred prior to my outreach. The intake interaction was rushed and dismissive, with no meaningful attempt to gather background details or establish continuity of representation. Given the complexity and seriousness of combined workers' compensation and termination matters, this lack of preparation and professionalism was concerning. Being terminated while actively managing a workplace injury places clients in a particularly vulnerable position. In that context, proper referral handling and internal communication are essential. My experience reflected a breakdown in both. I would strongly advise prospective clients to confirm in writing that referrals are formally accepted, files are transferred, and case reviews have occurred before relying on this firm for representation.
