Purchasing from Natuzzi Editions Southlake has been one of my worse purchasing experiences. I…read morepurchased two leather chairs June 3, 2024, for $5541.83 and a separate warrant on 4/16/2, for $431.96, The warranty was purchased prior to the furniture delivery.
During the month of June 2025, I notice a bubble in the seat of the chairs and by September 2025, the bubble had turned into a sink hole in the seat. I contacted Natuzzi Southlake on 9/3/25 and submitted photos along with my claim. Initially they said, it was out of warranty. By 9/15/25, I was able to confirm, that the chairs were under warranty. 9/19/25 they ordered cushions but 9/30/25 they sent me their maintenance care shipping instructions for a sofa. 11/7/25, I was told a workorder was issued to ServeCo who would contact me regarding the repairs. Did not hear from ServeCo. So, I contacted them on 11/13/25. They said, they had not received a workorder for my chairs. And they could not help me without a workorder. On 11/20/25, I spoke to Brian of Natuzzi Southlake regarding the workorder. He said, he would get back to me, but he did not. 12/4/25, I spoke to Susan, she suggested I give ServeCo another call. I called ServeCo but, no one answered. I contacted Susan, she gave me their direct line 888-383-8083. I still could not reach anyone; I was on hold 12 minutes with the number ending 8083 and on hold 10 minutes with the number ending 3229, no one answered. So, I contacted Natuzzi Southlake, spoke to Samantha. She said, she would contact the Total Care Protection office. She promised to get back to me on Monday, 12/8/25. On 12/22/25,I spoke with Christie of ServeCo, who would begin processing my claim and contact me in two-three days. She set up an appointment for 1/6/26. But on 1/5/26 I received a message stating the appointment for 1/6/26 had been rescheduled for 1/8/26 between 3-5pm. 1/8/26 I called to confirm my appointment with ServeCo and was told SAW Enterprises would be scheduled instead and they would arrive between 1:30-3pm. Then ServeCo messaged me that they were scheduled to be out at 9:45am on 1/8/26 for my appointment. Then Emma with SAW said my appointment was with SAW between 1:30-3pm and I should ignore the 9:45am appointment on 1/8/26 with ServeCo. I called Natuzzi Southlake on 12/12/26 (am) regarding the confusion but there was no answer. So, I sent an email, to them explaining my frustration. Finally, I spoke to Susan of Natuzzi Southlake, she suggested I contact SAW.
To cut this mountain of frustration short, because it does not get any better. I spoke to either ServeCo, SAW Enterprises or Natuzzi Southlake 3/6/26, 3/10/26, 3/16/26, 3/26/26, 4/1/26, and 4/16/26 on these dates; and had three appointments with three different Techs. The first tech said, he only had time to replace one cushion because he had another appointment; the second tech, said, there was no point in addressing the second chair because the first tech did not fix the first chair; the third tech, did not even respond to the appointment. On 4/20/26, Susan of Natuzzi Southlake told me they could not help me because the issue with the chairs were not under warranty. ServeCo said, they couldn't help me but would refund the warranty but they did not. Today, is May 23, 2026, and I have not received anything from anyone. I have two chairs with sink holes. Their warranty policy stipulated they cover this issue, but I have received nothing but the worse customer service. If you are thinking of buying furniture, I would not recommend this company. It's apparent, when you fail to live up to the quality of service promised, just delay, delay, delay and if that does not work, just cut off communication with the customer.
