Customer Service- The staff went above and beyond to assist me including helping me through the appointment and to my car with my infant daughter. 2. Dr. Chloe was very kind and professional during the visit. Surprisingly, three months later, I received a bill charging me an additional amount for a diagnostic exam. I called the office, and the office manager--who was extremely rude and wouldn't let me speak--told me that it had nothing to do with them and that it was an issue with my dental insurance. I then called my dental insurance, and they confirmed that preventive exams should not be charged. I called the dental office again, this time with the insurance representative on the line, and once again, the office manager--rude as ever--refused to listen and insisted that they had to charge for the exam, with no further explanation. Be careful with this dental office. They tell you something is preventive, but later they add charges however they want to get more money. It feels like a scam, and I want others to be aware. Even though I called beforehand to confirm everything, they still charged me unnecessarily. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Be cautious and double-check everything before you go.

It feels like they are running a scam, hoping patients won't notice or fight back. When as a patient you request just the cleaning that the insurance covers, they try to push a deeper cleaning and other treatments, in order to charge the patient more. Management is very pushy. They take you to a room and make you sign that you are refusing their recommended treatment. Then tell you that if the next visit you as the patient don't accept the treatment, they can not see you.

I recently had 2 teeth in the back removed and Dr. Hart explained the entire procedure and kept me calm throughout the entire process. She is not rude or insulting and definitely not bipolar. I was shocked because i take care of my teeth and never heard that from any dentist. I got two other opinions and both dentist said my teeth and gums were healthy. And my friend, a hygentist, also saw my teeth and said that and she also said dentist tend to lie about this alot to scare patients and make extra $$. The last dentist, my youngest daughter went to was a quack after taking multiple x rays and charging me an arm and a leg only stated that she had cavities, and they had to be dealt with.
