I asked one of their Reps if they repair Panasonic FZ300's and he wasn't sure, so he asked someone older who was repairing something in the back. With somewhat of an annoyed tone and unwilling to provide more info he shouted: "we don't repair Panasonic". I found it interesting that they don't repair Panasonics, yet they do sell them here. Anyway, I asked the guy if he could please provide me with a quote for my mint condition OM Systems OM1 as I'm considering selling, sounds like he didn't believe me that it was in mint condition (less than 200 pictures taken and purchased it 2 months ago, have my receipt of it as well) so he said that I would have to bring the camera. He couldn't even give me a price range. He also told me that my Point and Shoot Sony H-20 has a bigger sensor than my OM Systems OM1, which is ridiculous. CBS had been a client for many years and I needed boxes and boxes of old VHS tapes converted to digital. Gregg went above and beyond. He quoted a price (Towson Transfers) , but then made the effort to weed out duplicates and tapes too badly decomposed to produce any good digital images and the result was a reduced bill and a body of work worth viewing. He also helped me cart the whole pile up to his office. But wait! It doesn't stop there! I also used his other company, Bluerock Productions, which offers video and photography filming services, editing and more and wow! Did he sure deliver on the "more!" On Christmas Eve I got a last-minute call from a big casting director looking to insert me into a Hallmark Film where the other actress had to drop out. I needed to do an audition ASAP; have the video production quality GREAT and have a "reader." Gregg answered his phone on Christmas Eve and agreed to come into the office the day after Christmas to help me film the audition. He was a great reader, and the quality of the video was superb. As I had just moved, all of my equipment was in storage, not accessible and not many people are willing to be a reader "at the last minute" anyway. What a super all-round great guy, great companies, great work.
