I hired this firm to represent me in a divorce suit. They eagerly took my 5K retainer. There are…read morestrict timetables for discovery and depositions and they failed to request these be produced in a timely manner. I was the one that had to keep contacting them to make sure the case was moving along. The timetable for production of documents and taking a deposition expired and these were never produced in their entirety. By this time my retainer had been consumed, and I was essentially no further ahead than my first visit. I had to fire them for their unprofessional service. When I informed them by e mail I would be out of town on vacation, they billed me for that! Perhaps they can handle real estate transactions, but stay away if it is family law.
