I…read moreopened a checking account several years ago, when I thought my wife would agree to return to my native Texas to retire, but....sigh....no such luck. In three years, we will definitely have to relocate to Texas.....we will exhaust our money in the expensive " Golden State. " We definitely can survive in MW on my SSA and my wife's part time job there. I still recall how I was treated with superb customer service by the new accounts rep, as well as one of the banking officers, whose name I cannot recall, but who resembled the great Dallas Cowboy Bob Lilly from back in the seventies. I cannot wait to experience the renowned Lone Star friendliness once more.....
