She told me we'd be going to a park, but instead drove us to a muddy tree farm. Not only was this not to my taste, my younger daughter has a muscular disorder and CAN'T EVEN WALK on uneven ground. She kept falling down and was hysterical most of the time. At one point Jerrah said to her in a sing-songy voice, "oh, come on now, you can get up, it's so easy!" WHO SAYS THAT TO A DISABLED CHILD??? My younger daughter's hysterical, my older daughter's distraught that her beloved little sister is upset, I'm stressed, pissed off AND wearing high heels in the middle of a farm field and we're rushed through the entire shoot She mentioned the lighting would be really good in about 15 minutes (the "golden light" that's so pretty), then said she didn't want to wait that long and had to get home. She only took about 30 shots total, most of which were us seated on a filthy blanket in a dirty field. Owing to all this, our pictures were absolutely terrible and a compete waste of $350.

Before I saw the fine print about the digital photos costing an arm and a leg, I put down the $3**.00 for scheduling a time. Then, when they called me to confirm everything, I told them I can't afford $6**.00 to $7**.00 for photos with digital. That's just way too much. They said they couldn't give me a refund....(wtf), so I told them, you'll be seeing my comment on Yelp! It seems scammy to me.
