We had brought an engagement ring and diamond earrings that my father had given to my mother. My father passed away when I was very little so it was very sentimental for me to have their diamonds as a part of my future engagement ring. When I asked Jeff if he could incorporate them, he and his wife assured me that they would have no problem at all. I entrusted him with those pieces and he created a ring far beyond my wildest dreams. It is so beautiful. I am so thankful he was able to create something so gorgeous and also meaningful for me. I would never trust anyone else with such prized pieces. Thank you to Jeff Cowan. It really is perfect.

Neil is an interesting guy and a total straight-shooter -- he's the only dealer I know who will actually tell me NOT to buy something from him if he doesn't think it's a smart move for my specific collection. While I was there, I saw firsthand why he has been in business for over 50 years. He took the time to explain the current market volatility and refinery backups, even advising some people to wait a few months to sell certain items to ensure they got a better price. He has a plaque on his desk which says "mr never wrong". Well... the lot I brought to him he offered $300 for and the very next place offered $1200 (Danbury Gold & Silver - Kelleher Auctions) for the same exact lot. I have never written a bad review in my life... he left me no choice as I wouldn't want to see others get ripped off (not by a little - 400 % more was paid from Danbury). Also, you get the used car salesman "slick" speeches from Neil... "i have been in this business 53 years" and "the math is complicated, you can't do it". Silliness, this day and age anyone can look up the price of precious metals. He just wants to try and confuse the seller and not be honest about his lowball rates. Snake oil salesman. Huge egomaniac.
