Jose and his crew did an amazing job with my front and side yard. He made those spacing usable, cut down the trees and left it looking amazing. Prices were good and I would truly recommend them. I will plant some grass seed and we are good to go. read more

We received a very fair estimate for the week and the performance of the job was excellent. We certainly appreciated the attention to detail that was shown throughout the work. We would recommend them definitely. read more

I called Jose to get a quote to remove a very large totally dead tree and another that was alive, except the base was deteriorating. He did work for us several years ago and I did not hesitate to hire him again. He came the next day and pointed out another tree that was fine, except the upper portion was rotted and dead. The quote he gave me was much less than I expected. We set up a date for removal of the 2 1/2 trees and he came promptly. The work was done on a 90+ degree day and the crew worked quickly and efficiently -- completed in 2 hours. I was amazed that they cleaned up the yard and my driveway so completely . I do not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again, should the need arise. read more

Contacted Jose for an estimate and without delay he showed up. We walked through the work we needed completed and he explained everything to me. He was one of the only tree companies that was going to come without a huge machine tearing up our lawn. The estimate he gave me was by far the cheapest for the work we wanted completed. Jose and his crew showed up early in the morning and did a great job taking down 2 dead trees and pruning a large maple close to our house. During the work , Jose kept me in the loop and always asked my opinion if I was happy with the result . They cleaned up everything and you wouldn't even notice that a tree company was there. Would highly recommend Jose and his crew anytime to do tree work on our property. read more

If other company can't do it, Jose and his team will do it better and more affordable. I already scheduled him for another tree next year. I don't want to hire but if you got a job for a tree, he's the one to go with. Advise!! Just text them. Easier. My experience was a bit of miscommunication on my end. I text can he come by Monday after the initial estimate and he took it as my team will be on the spot and cutting down the hanging tree on my property. Other company told me about 2 months due to the hurricane and this company showed up in less than a week. I am amazed. Communication is on point. He's super responsive on texting and I would suggest that. That will give you a great record for him. He's always on the road and writing down might be difficult. I have a tree right next to my house and they did a job without any damage to my plant or wall. I just have to blow off some extra dust since I wasn't even home for this. Overall great experience. Other company said they need a machine. These guys are the machines or better. They have to get the tree down piece at a time. And that was something. For reference pricing, do expect to pay $600 to 800 or so for a tree that is not in dangerous area. So far with a few tree downed, I think that's about the range. Every tree is different and every quote I got are different as well. Look around but this company is great to work with. My tree cost a bit more due to it's right on my patio. read more

Jose and his crew are very friendly and reliable and have helped out around our property on several occasions. They removed four mature oak trees off of the roof and car and in the backyard after they crashed during a tornado in 2020. Although this was a rather intense job, they did it safely and in record time of around 4 hours. They don't use a lot of heavy equipment or machinery, which means they don't leave unsightly marks around the garden or yard. They are also very accommodating by leaving the cut wood out of the way (for a friend with a wood stove, etc.). Highly recommended! read more

Last time I called Jose, was Jan-2021. October -22 Jose and his team did a fantastic job with my situation. Big oaks on a rocky hillside, not a problem. Swing section of oaks over a stream to land up hill. It was the highlight of my week to watch them work. Not a stick left on the ground. I have used Hudson Valley Tree removal, twice. I plan on a third time. VERY GOOD PRICES read more

A tree fell in our yard, called this service honestly it took a couple of calls to make contact with the owner who actually manages the service time and days, however once you take the service and they accept the job communication becomes much better truly constant. Prices are absolutely fair, I would say below what I expected. Once the job is booked, this job was 5 trees, crew shows up checks in and the work begins immediately. Work is done very professionaly, crew is courteous, ( Jose ) the owner of the company works with you through out the project, offers opinions, and will throw in a couple little free tasks as they work. Job was done to high standards Completed quickly, on time, and clean up exceptional. I highly recommend this company for any and all tree removal services. read more

What a great experience. From beginning to end, Jose will guide you through the whole process. Not only were they prompt to give the quote but they were the most affordable of the 3. I don't normally write reviews but after dealing with Jose I couldn't wait to tell the world of my experience. read more

We had two very large trees in our backyard that were unfortunately very dead and needed to be removed. We hated to see them go, but we're concerned for the safety of anything in our yard and our house should they tip over. We called Hudson Valley Tree Removal and Jose came the same day to give us a free estimate - he went over all our options and quoted us very fair prices. He was able to make us an appointment for the same week to have the job done. They arrived perfectly on time with three trucks and five men and went immediately to work. It was very obvious that everyone knew exactly what part of the job they were responsible for and they did everything efficiently and professionally. The job was completed exactly as described - both the scope of the work and the quoted price. We would definitely highly recommend them and use them again. read more
