If you become a member of their program, at no cost, you can accumulate points for money off your future purchases as well as monthly specials. The price of cigars here are very fair. They also carry a wide range of vape products and cigarettes. You ca also play the lottery here for scratch offs. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with suggestions. There is a nice cigar lounge in the store as well nicely done with a TV and coffee. So if your in the area it is definitely worth checking out.

(No tobacco, cigar shop or even any other business establishment has ever called me back before) That's top notch customer service right there, needless to say I drove right there and bought a handful. Will 100% be returning, my new go to shop. Absolutely worth it and their lounge is amazing. If you live in the general area and like me would have to drive all the way to Tampa to the giant cigar shops / lounges, then save your gas because this is the spot !

Bro, you sold us a bunk product that's a fire hazard that theres no signage or anything about making sure it works, signage for disposables yes which makes sense, but for the more expensive mods, nothing no signage. Been coming here more and more, now I won't come back just based on this alone. Items that cost $50-150 and you're just rolling the dice if it's gonna work or not. As a business you also could just exchange it out or refund it and contact the manufacturer or distributor yourself to get reimbursed for them providing your business malfunctioning products, it's also a tax write off for lost revenue. We weren't rude or anything at all, neither was the guy who dealt with us. He was actually very polite. Also this isn't days later, it's literally 2 hours later from original purchase, the same dude was still on shift and remembered us and walks straight over to us lol. We ended up going to Wow Smoke down on little rd, our regular shop for 3 years straight, and one of the managers was there and conveniently on the phone with the distributor(who happens to be the same distributor for Stay Lit) when we explained what just happened at Stay lit, the distributor immediately offered us a discount for another product over the phone. Lesson learned, business lost, and the one juice I was coming to Lit for, like the literal reason that kept me coming back, now Wow is going to special order it for me and call me when they get it in. Now THAT is how you do customer service.

The owner was raised right here in Pasco, and it shows in the way he treats his customers and supports other small local vendors such as 3D print artists, glass artistsand more! The vibe is always welcoming, and the shop has a great selection of hand-blown glass, Kava, Delta-8, and even snacks for when you want to hang out and relax. You can tell everything in the store was chosen with care. For you old-school smokers, there are still plenty of glass tobacco products such as water pipes and glass pipes. The bananas look great, but the aisles were so cluttered with carts that needed to be stocked on the shelves and the people that picked orders for other customers, they don't get out of your way. If you don't get out of their way, they're gonna run you over. And today I ran across four of them and they didn't even speak English. I thought you were supposed to speak English here in America? If they can't speak English, are they legal. But I just found everything to be so crowded and not necessarily dirty, but there wasn't the sense of urgency to keep it clean and customer friendly. I had zero employees asked me if I needed help as I stood there looking around to find a particular item I needed. They just passed by me. Didn't even look at me. I think the Walmart people, management, need to retrain their associates. Teach him about customer service not just cheap foods and fake meats.

I said well ok but maybe why have an appointment? To this the lady employee became hostile. As I gave her my information to find my appointment she couldn't locate it. I showed her my call phone with the reminder text Walmart sends. At this point she would not care to look and remained hostile towards me. I tried asking her if she could look my appointment up by the number included in the text but yet again her hostile attitude won. At this point her co-worker started apologizing for her behavior and tried to de-escalate the situation. I told him I didn't want to talk to her but she came back after leaving and started interrupting the conversation I had with the other employee. I said I don't want to talk to her and said shut up. At the point I had enough of her and the crappy service and decided to leave. It's just bad enough that I made an appointment as they require only to be told it would be hours before I get service. Then dealing with a messed up employee? She should be let go. Perhaps a recommendation to Walmart, screen your employees for mental health as this one is clearly disconnected from reality.
