The guys in here are friendly enough but the hours aren't that of a say NY bodega and the selections are pretty limited for a bodega if you are coming for snacks and drinks. It's enough but when compared to what you'd expect from one along with your lottery tickets you'll be let down that said I'm glad it's stuck around a a staple in the neighborhood in the face of 7-11 and S. My sister and I received a warm welcome when we walked in so we immediately felt comfortable. It's a small yet comfortable bookshop where you're surrounded by so many different books, toys, merch, etc. It was a quick stop for me since I already knew what I wanted, but I can't wait to re-visit and spend more time diving in on what they have. I would love to bring my little cousins here too, so many adorable children's books. When it was time to purchase, of course I couldn't leave without a tote bag which is amazing quality btw! The lady took a photo of my sister and I before we left as they post on their Instagram account. Next door, there is a cafe if you want to grab something to eat/drink. All in all, it was a great experience here. Glad to have a bookshop only 5 minutes away!
