Trying to charge crazy amounts of postage for envelopes containing 1 baseball card inside. There inconsistent on what mail is delivered and what's held for more money. When speaking to staff they were condescending and rude. They explained because couldn't bend the envelope enough, that is why they need more money. If you have a choice, I would use a different post office. Staff said other post offices just don't catch letters that go through? However for months I had NO issues and now in last 3 weeks they are asking for more money every other day. Seems bit fishy!! Use others if possible.
