I read a story about the hot food bar here so I came to found out, about these chicken livers. I had an order $4.59 and 3 wedges $2.59. It was disappointing but probably my fault for getting her after the lunch rush. The order of livers was small, and very small pieces, although a good flavor they were dry. The welders were average not outstanding. They also had a lot of pre made sandwiches, along with fountain drinks, pop, and beer. The gasoline was reasonably priced. This would be a good stop if you are on I-75 but not worth driving across town read more

I have used Thornton's for years, refusing to fill my car anywhere else. That being said, I'm aware…read morethey were bought out by BP but I haven't seen a difference in their fuel quality until the other day after filling my car, which I do every 3 days, my car started idling strangely, and sounding like it wanted to die for a few minutes before going back to it's normal idle. It would do this out of nowhere, while stopped at a light sometimes, or just driving down the road sometimes, no rhyme or reason. Yesterday, it was time to fill up again and for the first time in years I decided to fill up at a different gas station. It's only been a day but I haven't noticed the strange idle. Tho I'm listening for it now just in case. I did some research on line and found that BP is replacing the Thornton's fuel with their own fuel companies. This saddens me because I will no longer be using Thornton's fuel. I believe they have the best deals but I can't risk the health of my car.

I had a very basic breakfast with 2 eggs over medium, bacon, toast and a small bowl of their gravy. Everything was perfect! my husband and his mother had the basic breakfast with a hashbrown and a side of gravy and they enjoyed theirs as well. When the drinks come out they are in a 24 ounce mason jar, so you won't need a refill.
