These guys are so awesome and honest!…read more My little birdie is finally leaving the nest and takes a short term contract to work in Charleston, WV. He starts having trouble with his vehicle and is unsure as to where to take it as he is unfamiliar with the area. I take to yelp and immediately find this 5 star rating and give these guys a call. While they are quite busy they manage to squeeze my son's vehicle in so that he would not miss work. Here's the thing...they did not charge for the labor or parts!!! This was, at the very least, a $175 job! Gave my son the keys and he was on his way. While I am not an emotional being, I teared up. This was an absolute blessing to come across such an anomaly..honest/mechanic! To top it off, his vehicle runs like new. If I could pick this shop up and put it in Houston, I would!

They kept my vehicle 10 days, never drove it, never even tried to diagnose, "Keith" called me after the 10 days and told me they weren't going to quote any repair because the car was too old and not worth fixing. I asked if I shouldn't be the one to make that decision, he clammed up. Two days later I got another phone call from Walker sales department wanting to sell me a new car. Nope. Never.

Back in September of 2020 my husband and I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu RS. It was black and…read moreit was beautiful. It was brand new when we purchased this vehicle. Our salesman's name was Chris and in my opinion, this man went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was as easy, smooth as possible. This is the sole opinion of my husband and I. We couldn't possibly have received any better service than what was given to us. Just an FYI, If you are buying a used vehicle, You have no clue what your getting. You could buy something that is just as good as new with absolutely no problems or you could fall straight into a pile of crap. My suggestion is that if your buying something new, take it out for a test drive and have a good mechanic to check it out for you. It may just save you a lot of money in the long run. Anyway, As for my very first new car and one of the best salesmen at Walker Chevrolet (Nitro, Wv) lot, Chris, you were the absolute best and although my next purchase there will be a used one, there's nobody that will ever take your place. So you keep on keeping on. Your friends & Customers Always, Tiffany and Jay Isner

I had some friends recommend Allstarr so I thought I would give them a shot. I could not be more pleased. Most importantly, I think the work they have done is quality work. They fix it right the first time. On top of that, I had one problem that could have waited and they told me I could wait. I didn't wait but it was refreshing to have someone be that straightforward with me. I will absolutely be taking my cars here for all of their future service. I should add that I like the fact they are a locally owned business rather than a franchise so the profits will be reinvested in our community instead of being sent to an out of state corporate headquarters.
