You just don't have the time? How can you justify what you did to me? I should have sued as I've been disabled for 5 YEARS now with no income and no money to take care of my medical bills. When I came home damaged and unstable, this guy wouldn't return my frantic phone calls and I was left without care in a crisis. I ended up in the ER several different times due to the Akathisia I got, 5 YEARS ago! No, no one figured it out until 2 yrs after it started. I was pacing, couldn't sit still, couldn't stop moving my legs. I was having panic attacks that would last all night. I'd be rocking back and forth, moaning usually. You can't calm down. It's hell. You feel on edge 24/7. No it doesn't stop with coming off a med. I was ripped off Latuda and it still didn't stop, the "treatments" DO NOT work. I am most likely permanently disabled at this point after coming off one of your favorite drugs to prescribe, Latuda. You did put me on it. Wasn't psychotic, manic, or hypomanic. Never have been to my knowledge. Also want to mention that he thinks DNA testing helps people find "the right med" for them. That's super dangerous and can get someone seriously hurt! Ahem! You can't justify ripping me off my meds so you could put me on ANOTHER cocktail with just different meds, but the same categories, including those antipsychotics. Have you never heard of Latuda withdrawal? Yeah, keep up kiddo or retire already! You don't know anything about Benzos but you call yourself a psychiatrist? You could have googled (which he did FREQUENTLY during our visits) how to get off Benzos, but nope. That would probably take TOO long for you and you obviously didn't want to be held responsible for damaging someone cause you ghosted me. Yet here I am, disabled from your care. I got a letter from this guy later on after I had called several times saying he no longer wanted to see me and I should see someone else in his practice. Should have started with my current doctor instead of this quack! You really have no idea how much you've damaged me. And you probably won't even change the way you treat patients. The amount to see this doctor... outrageous! $500+ for this guy. NOT worth it. You can submit a claim to insurance but we've always paid out of pocket with the help of a family member because the guy came so highly recommended by a family friend who said he got her disability. Asked about that as well and it was like he didn't want to make a decision until he screwed around with all my meds. Over 5 yrs now. I saw the guy in late 2017/early 2018 and by August of that year, I was sent to detox for Klonopin after being ripped off all my meds and put on a new cocktail. Even the ER's wouldn't cover a few days until I saw the new doctor and decided when I wanted to TAPER off!

First of all, what's up with the Security Guard at the entrance? I have so many questions. Is the area unsafe? Does he break up fights? I don't get it. Secondly, why don't they use the VA Police? Because the quality ........ anyway let's talk about the clinic. I walk in and the check-in windows are RIGHT there. I didn't know the procedure so I just stood right there. But, you've got to move to the left and wait in line (they actually have it marked). The woman I dealt with was extremely helpful. I appreciated that. Once checked in I waited. I waited a long time, but I knew my optometrist was running behind because I saw here usher somebody back. In the end she was short-staffed as her assistant called out. I like Mrs. Ciocco. She's very thorough, personable, and explains everything in terms I can understand. The clinic is in a business park so there's plenty of parking and it's on the first floor level. This facility doesn't have a tv, but has plenty of seating. Apparently they offer a shuttle (I don't know where it goes, but I assume to the VA Hospital or other VA facility) because one of the young guys was waiting for it. My visit went well, but I think I'll schedule all future appointments at Fort Meade if I can.

As I was looking for a doctor who is trained in Integrative medicine for my family, I had some basic questions as to whether the doctor was taking patients only with serious illnesses or otherwise healthy and also insurance. She basically did not know any answers and instead chose to read something repeatedly that really did not answer these simple basic questions. She then got annoyed when I pointed this out to her and asked if someone could get back to me with answers by saying that she had already answered my questions. She then had a poor attitude with me and showed clearly her annoyance with me. It was quite frustrating at this point so I decided to end this comical call. So I wasted my valuable time and got the worst impression of a doctor's office ever with this person. But perhaps they have so much business that they can have her behave this way? I mean really - at $350 consultation fee plus $175 thereafter that she said most insurance won't cover, I guess they are doing extremely well! They say you can judge a book by its cover and often, office staff can make or break your practice as good doctors know.

There's no nurse on-site, limited support staff, and appointments seem to get cancelled often due to scheduling issues or deliveries. The biggest frustration for me has been communication and follow-up. I've been trying for days to get my blood test results and keep getting passed around by the front desk with no clear answers or callback. At a certain point, it starts to feel like the office simply does not have enough support to properly manage patient care. I don't think the issue is Dr. Parshard personally; I think he's trying to do too much on his own. But as a patient, it's been frustrating and disappointing.

He assessed that the tooth was salvageable, and cleaning the canals and placing a calcium hydroxide fill, succeeded in saving the tooth. As a former dentist myself, I can recognize technical excellence, and Dr. Johnson is clearly one of the top clinicians in the field of endodontics. For any root canal concerns, he would be my first choice. In addition to his superb technical skill, Dr. Johnson is also an exceptionally personable, considerate dentist. I would definitely return to him again and wholeheartedly recommend him. Haven't had a problem with that molar since Dr. Johnson treated it, and have been pain-free for 3+ years now. Since moved to New York, but I would drive back to DC if the need arose in a heartbeat. PS I don't understand the review left by Mr. S.
