One of my favorite restaurants to eat in town. They have huge Quesadillas called Huaraches which are famous around here must try. Their huaraches are made with fresh corn tortillas and mozzarella cheese and choice of meats like beef or pastor with other opinions too with soft or crunch texture of choice as well. Not only that but they have really delicious burgers and fresh fruit drinks. My favorite is chia and lime. The restaurant is big and even kid friendly and looks like it is expanding even more. The food here is super tasty. Portions are huge and they have a wide variety of foods to choose from. The aguas frescas are refreshing (I recommend the cucumber & lemon with chia). Definitely try a huarache de al pastor with the salsa verde. MMM SO BOMB! Be sure to give Huarachopolis a try -- you won't regret it! read more
