He was very friendly and promised things he couldn't deliver. We had a clear agreement and expectations as to what would happen. He only ended up doing half of what we had decided on!! I have tried several times to get in contact with him so we can discuss a reasonable resolution... he never returns my calls. What kind of business man does not own up to his mistakes and try and remedy the solution. Normally you try and work together to find a way to please the customer and still make smart business choices. He has cut off all lines of communication and refuses to even talk about it. And this is THE OWNER!!! He has flat out lied to me just to get what he wanted and then he cheated me out of the remainder of our agreement. He was coy, cunning and I unfortunately played right into his hands. Looking back on it.... he made very deliberate choices so he could cover his own ass and still get away with only upholding half of our agreement. Very sneaky! I would not trust him or any company he runs!!

Last fall they shut the system down and blew the lines out. I found a head that had blown onto the porch. They said they'd replace it in the spring. This spring they were to be out two weeks ago by appointment. I haven't seen hide nor hair of them nor have I received a return call from any of the three messages I've left asking what's up. I know it's their busy time of year but missing an appointment and not returning three calls? Perhaps the lack of service has to do with prepayment for services (my bad)? I really can't say...argh!

I was ok with that because I wanted the yard to look nice for the holiday. This morning he called and said he couldn't get sod today because it had rained and it was too wet to cut it out. He could do it next week some time. Wanting grass along the house and realizing I wouldn't have it be the weekend, I asked if they could seed the area with grass. He quoted me a reasonable price and said he would have someone out in an hour. Paul and Jacob showed up within the hour. They prepared the site and seeded the area. They apologized for the lack of communication explaining that they were very busy as this was the first week the weather was good enough to plant grass. They were nice enough to seed another small area at no extra cost. The two men were very informative, polite, and knowledgeable. They told me everything I needed to do to care for the new lawn.They also said they would check back in a couple weeks to see how the new lawn was coming along. This job came with a satisfaction guarantee. I will be skeptical, but would use them again if there is an occasion. I would request Paul and Jacob to do the work.

He showed me the causes and effects of different situations when it comes to landscape. Although I can't say that I like Rob, he does what he has to do. The way that turf pro works is they do the more business properties before the residential. The reason that they might not have made it to you is because they have a lot of properties to finish with a lot of grass or snow. You will defiantly get work done faster if you own a business and you pay good money because it is money well spent.
