I've been to this Urgent Care in the past and it was a good experience. I made an appointment at 3…read moream for a 1:00 appointment that same day. When I got there, it was already busy. I figured there would be some wait but not an hour and a half. They were taking people before me that came at least a half hour after my appointment time, and some with no appointment at all. None of them were emergent. They seemed to have the same as me..a nasty cold/flu. They finally did take me after my husband questioned the waiting time and couldn't understand their "listing" protocol and the reception couldn't explain how it worked. Then we found out it was at least a hour wait. We finally saw the PA/NP who after I told her I was wheezing and coughing non stop said she didn't hear anything and took a flu test which was negative. I walked away with nose spray, an inhaler, and cough medicine. The next day I had a fever so went to the Urgent care in Lake Hopatkong. I was diagnosed with the flu, given scripts for Tamiflu, nebulizer treatments, and prednisone. All in 15 min.Big difference in providers. I may just have to change service locations. Today I am at least 50% improved.
