I got my OWN paperwork that I submitted to them back to go get a second opinion and then when asking to file with them after the second opinion as expected with such a situation, they ended up refusing my business when I returned stating that they felt disrespected that I wanted to verify the amount was correct with a second opinion! This should be a normal business occurrence and I am very surprised that they'd turn down business just for someone wanting to get a second opinion on their finances.
