He listened carefully, learned to "read" my characteristics over time and came up with effective methods for elaboration on my topics. What I liked the most: - Reflection on real life situations from my project everyday life. I shared situations, we talked about what could have been done differently, what are potential ways to go etc. - We elaborated TOGETHER as a team. He asked questions in order to make me see the problem and solution. - Provided sophisticated and useful materials like journals, articles etc. - Success journal: I had to keep record of my successes. That helped to strengthen my confidence and self-perception. I recommend the Coaching a lot! I would undergo it 100% again. Thank you for the collaboration, Spencer!

Spencer we can't thank you enough for the way your training turned things around for our team. Due…read moreto the complicated nature of our team's dysfunction I was skeptical that a one and a half day retreat could have any impact at all. I'm thrilled to say you proved me wrong. The depths that we were able to reach in just 2 sessions surpassed anything I had hoped to achieve. Thanks to your expert facilitation, our team worked through complicated interpersonal concerns in a direct, yet safe space. We shaped goals for the future, defined accountability parameters and adopted a team purpose that is meaningful to guide us as we move forward. Since our return to the office from our executive retreat the team has been visibly more cohesive and connected. Morale has increased exponentially and I'm certain there will be a boost in productivity as a result of the increased positivity. You've made an impact that started at the top and has already begun to impact our middle management and line staff. The ripple effect of the work you did with our leaders will make this a better and more effective company on every level. Thanks you so much!

Mr. Sherman met with me for 45 minutes or so and explained what needed to be accomplished and the best way to do it. The price he quoted me was 1/3rd of the amount quoted by a recognized accounting firm. Mr. Sherman's office completed my aunt's final tax return, calculated and mailed out all 24 1099 forms for the beneficiaries and provided copies of everything to me. He provided an audit representation guarantee that I did not need - but was good to have as an assurance. I do my own taxes using tax software, but will definitely go to Mr. Sherman when I no longer can figure it out myself - and I am reaching that point! He has competent associates in his employ and I have no complaints.

This woman is an amazing resource for anyone who is moving nearby or across the country. We hired…read moreher for a massively complicated endeavor. My mother needed to move back to the east coast from Las Vegas within a four-week window. Her home was filled with decades worth of collectibles. Ginger had to figure out how to move massive sculptures and a large collection of Orr pottery. After exhausting the supply of art dealers to help us with the packing of the pottery, Ginger said, " I can do this." And she did. Her packing of the pottery was expertly done. Every piece arrived in perfect condition. This was after the boxes were moved as many as 10 times, in and out of trucks, between different facilities in the cross country moving trucks. Aside from the museum quality packing, she was resourceful for every aspect of the moving process. Ginger organized the kitchen and closet boxes with a fine-tuned number system so that when everything arrived items were easy to locate. Ginger is a wonderful person to be around. She was extremely patient with my mother who was at home the whole time during the time Ginger was packing and organizing. She has a great vibe, a sharp mind and is extremely strong. She is the best pick for helping with a move of your home or office. Simply the best!
