I know Guidewell as a healthcare professional because of their state of the art urgent care centers, but this was my first time hearing of this venture. Located in the heart of medical city, this is an office building (but so much more than that!) that caters to health and technology startups and has a really great aesthetic as well as great technology. Where they set themselves apart is with the theater space they rent out for meetings, such as the one I attended. It is quite honestly the coolest auditorium I've ever seen (true 360 view, quality sound, ample screens). The common area in the front is great as well. Parking is free and ample, which makes it stick out from other similarly sized spaces. Guidewell is a local company and is really investing in the local community and it shows. Fostering successful start ups really makes a difference to the local community and the staff were super courteous as well.

Sharon, Denita and Lamyra are always ready to help with any question or need we may have. They go way above and beyond the services Regus offers (binding, setting up lunch meetings, taking mail for us after-hours, acting as notaries, etc) and they are always friendly- ALWAYS! The prices associated with a Regus executive suite are high, but not higher than if you hired a full-time office manager. This is a good alternative for a small business that needs space and services associated.

My company's Orlando HQ is located in this bldg and I enjoy working in the office space provided…read more Bathrooms are kept clean, the air conditioning is pleasant and lots of natural light. I just wish the Nature's Table cafe downstairs had better prices and also the food could taste better. The one quirky thing about this building is that it doesn't have 13th floor labeling, despite there obviously being a 13th floor. Also being one of the tallest buildings around, you get great views of the launches.

We've been relatively pleased despite the incredibly high turnover in staff and management, and general lack of maintenance and cleanliness. However, when it came time for us to renew our lease this year, they increased the rate by 35%. We were told we had negotiated too good of a deal the year before and that corporate is demanding the increase. Needless to say, with commercial occupancies in Orlando and Dublin at record lows, we opted to move out. This is when we learned of all the tiny print on the back of our lease -- seems we committed to an additional three months of phone answering and mail forwarding service, as well as other move-out expenses that never got explained during the 'sales process'. Also seems they are very displeased with us, as they managed to slip in new monthly recurring charges this month of $998.00 -- without notice or explanation. All in all, I would recommend that any professional or entrepreneur seek an alternative office situation. There are simply too many offerings today. Don't settle for the unprofessionalism of Regus HQ.

Carmen Jusino is a nasty woman and she needs to be removed as community manager, she does nothing to try to help PAYING CUSTOMERS, she would rather charge me a $30 fee and lose a paying customer of 4 years than help waive the fee. Sadly, they would rather rob loyal customers than eat a petty $30 made-up charge that did not cost them a dime! I started with Regus in 2020 and every time you look up they're increasing the fees just because they can. Take your business elsewhere these people will never appreciate you and your money, if they can get over on you they will. The fee was not automatic the fee was added by the nasty manager Carmen then she recommended I ask the help desk to waive it KNOWING she added the fee and she informed TJune T from the help desk NOT TO WAIVE THE unnecessary fee! Because she did not like me or what I had to say about their service and unnecessary fees. But I'm about to make sure EVERYBODY knows about their lies and scamming tactics!
