I saw one nice look clean cake shop so I stopped and I ordered…read more Profierole cake-I guess this cake place make by order not baking park the toppings including chocolate because I ordered and I waited 10 mins . Right after I ordered the lady who's work there went in the back and bring the cake . If not?? Take forever to cut cake lol so Hopefully they make by order anyway this cake kind of taller than the other cakes from the other shop. So when they put the cake inside doesn't fit . So they have to cover only half way. To me why they can't make bigger boxes.... because most of cake here kind of tall.. maybe this place concept? But to me no make sense.. anyway well let me bite this cake . Puff on the top of the cake ! Sounds weird but! It's good match so if I have to explain easy way you can imagine eating chocolate cake with cream puff lol it's sweet if you like sweet good but to me only the puff part was good! It appears to be run by a brother and sister, who were very pleasant. We tried some Cannoli - made fresh - and little Viennese style biscuits filled with jam and dipped in dark chocolate. They literally melted in our mouths. They make coffee, too. Too bad this place isn't a little closer to home.
