Requested removal of wood paneling and replacement of drywall for two walls in my home from Warnie…read moreDay (owner). We agreed upon price and I was sent a link to confirm the project and price. I confirmed electronically. We decided on a day for Warnie to start the project. He texts me saying he is having trouble with his van but assured me he would begin the project the very next day. The following day I received a text saying he would be arriving between 11an and noon. I little while later I received another text saying that he is not licensed to do the job and won't be coming. I tried calling him and his number has now been disconnected.
