Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

(The loan was in my name already) I argued that I used XXX,XXX of my inheritance (sep prop) as part of the down payment, and that the entirety of the equity was not a community asset. Since my ex had over 20 hidden accounts and refused to turn in his discovery, I asked mark to issue subpoenas. He didn't. Instead, he offered a deal to persuade me into signing the agreement: if I agreed to give my inheritance to my ex, he would represent me in a partition to divide undisclosed assets case next. But, when it came time for it, he refused. You owe me my inheritance back mark. Watch out, he manipulates his own clients.

Mr. Graves agreed to take my case believing I had a chance to get SSI's decision overturned. Today is July 10, 2019. I have my SSI hearing scheduled for July 12, 2019. Curtis Graves withdrew from my case two days before my hearing stating that my last treating physician did not diagnose me and that there is nothing wrong. Upon my receipt of all legal documents and medical records today, Curtis Graves office received paperwork relating to my case on April 19, 2019. Three months prior to my scheduled court hearing. Upon reading through all documentation there is absolutely no mention of the doctor who diagnosed and was treating me for my disabling disorder. Curtis Graves Office and staff have proven to be incompetent, lazy, and and unchallenged with regard to doing their due diligence and research for their clients. They offer no budget to even have their clients evaluated by medical professionals. Based on their dropping of the ball on my case two days before my court hearing, I am thankful that he will not be representing me. going forward. I am now seeking new legal representation due to Curtis Graves faux pas on my case. I would not recommend him to anyone, And I recommend anyone reading this does not consider him either.
