He was incredibly professional, honest, and thoughtful. He took the time to review photos, ask questions, and even conducted his own research on the artist and market value - this totally surprised me in the best way possible. I can tell Chris is an upstanding and deeply considerate professional. His expert advice truly put my mind at ease. For now, I'm pausing on the restoration, but I'm looking into refreshing the framing per his suggestion. He even recommended a framing specialist he trusts nearby where I live, which was such a sweet surprise. So I did a tribute poem and screenshot a picture and had it matted and framed. It is absolutely PERFECT! It's honestly as if Mr. Reeves knew my friend and her sweet little dog. If Mr. Brooks was still around and in business the competition would be fierce! There aren't many artisans in this line of work who can read a project with such finesse. Believe me, as I've had a lot of items framed. I do miss Cornwall's, but thanks to Mr. Reeves I will definitely return to Reeves Frames. And a special thanks for the marvelous job! I was referred by another fine art restorer to contact Lina and I am so pleased that I did just…read morethat. Lina carefully restored my Father's 65 year old paper/pencil drawing which had severe water stains and the drawing now looks as if it was drawn today. She is obviously fully aware of how far to only go on a work as to retain the originality and yet restore the work as best as her professional abilities will allow. She even arrived to my home for the initial consultation and pickup of the work and due to my scheduling, she later arrived at my pet's Veterinarian's clinic to drop off the finished work.
