Jessica Miller is smarter, savvier, quicker and just plain better than most other lawyers. I happen…read moreto know lawyers very well, having worked with them and also having been married to a very successful litigator. Trust me, just because someone can put "Esq." after their name doesn't mean they're any good. Or able to win your case. Or even that they're smart. Jessica Miller, however, is as good as it gets. I have used Ms. Miller to manage and resolve a contentious real estate matter (landlord/tenant) and she consistently dominates and outsmarts opposing counsel, keeping them scrambling and on the defensive. It would be an understatement to say I feel confident and secure having her represent me. I'm downright grateful. While she may or may not charge more per hour than other lawyers in town, she is unquestionably worth every penny. Remember, you get what you pay for, and when dealing with legal issues that have you backed against a wall, you do not want cheap representation. You want to win. Jessica Miller has what it takes to win. I intend to use Ms. Miller's law firm in the future to draft landlord/tenant lease agreements and for other applicable matters. If these are the types of issues with which you need assistance, I cannot urge you enough to contact her office. You will be glad you did. UPDATE: LAWSUIT OVER! I was unfairly sued and did not have to pay a DIME to the opposing party. THANKS JESSICA!

While my situation was a protracted and frustrating experience, as soon as I enlisted Graham Fuller…read moreand the Stone&Rosen team, the stress and frustration dissipated. I went for more than 2 years of banging my head trying to get the other party to even talk at the table. After hiring Graham, we were at the negotiating table in less than 3 months. While I had hoped to never need these services, I would recommend Graham to anyone who may be in a similar dispute with an uncooperative, uncommunicative party. The proof is in the results. My claim is 100% settled and it wouldn't be without Graham's attention.

I hired David to draft a premarital agreement and found the experience deeply disappointing and…read moreshockingly unprofessional. From our first conversations, he approached me with a paternalistic, combative tone -- less interested in helping me meet my goals than in enforcing a rigid "process" on his terms. He repeatedly implied I didn't understand what I was asking for, openly criticized me for discussing the agreement with my fiancée, and claimed that no competent attorney would agree to our timeline. That turned out to be completely untrue. Both my fiancée's attorney and the attorney I ultimately hired were not only comfortable with the timeline, but also took a far more collaborative and respectful approach -- encouraging open dialogue about our shared goals. David ultimately quit -- but not before sending a series of passive-aggressive emails and repeatedly undermining my judgment. If you're looking for a lawyer who listens, collaborates, and treats you like an adult, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was referred to this law firm for a domestic relations case with my ex after my previous attorney…read moreretired. I met originally with Tucker Katz for an hour and went over the issues with my case. I chose Tucker because I needed an attorney that wouldn't be retiring soon so I could have one long term. I discussed the amount of conflict between my ex and I and expressed that I needed help navigating through that conflict and I made him aware that I chose him because of his ability to be my attorney long term. As a single mother with very little extra funds, I paid the initial retainer of $3000. This was a lot of money, but looking long term, I felt it was necessary. Tucker ``represented" me for two years. I put that word in quotes because during those two years, there were no court appearances, no mediation, only one 15min phone conference with a judge. I spent a total of $6900 during those two years for a minimal amount of work. Tucker then chose to withdraw from my case and gave me a reason of my ex and I having conflict. After he agreed to discuss this decision, he never did and withdrew without any discussion. I emailed asking why nothing was set up to discuss this and he then responded stating that he wouldn't change him mind and came up with a completely different reason to withdraw. He then charged me to write up his withdrawal and the filing fee. I have since heard that this is a pattern of his. I don't know if this is how all the attorneys in this office practice, but it seems like a big scam to me. I typically don't write reviews but I want to warn anyone else out there who may be fooled by him. He'll just take your money and withdraw, leaving you to start all over. DO NOT HIRE HIM!
