As this is a site where actual experience targets performance, let me expose Howard Hanna and some of it's agents to public scrutiny. Beyond the fact that I've sent numerous inquiries about properties listed in Realtor.com and Zillow listed by HH with few if any replies; I can tell you first hand of the experience I have had with Eleni Chmura and Renee Dean along with a Ms. Peluso at the agency and it's headmaster Sam. All are legitimate conspirators who apparently have little respect for former natives of New Castle and their rights to find reasonable housing in the city. They spread rumors that hurt perspective accredited buyers and in fact use their local influence to direct LE in Neshanock specifically to be their puppets and pursue lies as if they were the truth. This is no worse than what get's served in the Neshanock Coney Island and portrayed as hot dogs and New Castle chili or the latest proprietors who can't figure out what occupation to rely upon so they do both poorly. None the less, it's clear that HH has poisoned every single Realty company in the greater Lawrence County area because of a connection to some family who appears either connected or disconnected from realty, which for anyone who knows a Ritch Entitled brat can relate to. But it doesn't stop there this related coward has tried to poison even spiritual communities to deny the birthright of the offspring of a once prominent family who stood for something in New Castle by using a kneeling flock of cowards to do their bidding. None the less, the sad part is so many other realtors in the area have lost the backbone to actually work independently from what is either liberally shoveled or religious potification or racial profiling that is such a common occurrence in New Castle politics as everyone is clearly attuned to. So I can either fight the fight alone or let it fall upon the shoulders of the actual population of the city who are all but hypnotized into a trance of ineffective fear, ignorance or apathy. All I can do it point out those in my family who paid the Bill to roll over and act like an interested party to my plight. As I was once taught hold your friends close and enemies closer and unbeknownst to my enemies they have graciously played the part. So now it's up to the city to awaken and realize that the pot holes and crumbling homes there isnt' the fault of POT or an other drug infestation, but a conspiracy of left handed politics that instead of cake offer the city pizza to choke on and they city seems to gladly comply. My prayers go out to the younger generation in the city who are unwilling to "rock" the boat and pressure their leaders and captains of the organization to move on, retire or abdicate their appearance of being something of power when all they can do is be yet another cog in the wheel like I am. Now the question is who has the largest wheel and which will crush the other. That's something that will be apparent just as 2020 vision will open many eyes. The real magic will occur in 24k when yet an even more attractive piece of history is made not forged by some second hand jewelry thug who can't make it on their own name. But sometimes I even find it difficult to speak Western Pennsylvanian where it's all GREEK to me. But even that means so little any more. It is important here to accept the fact that hardcopy proof of the individuals mentioned herein and their actual performance and attentiveness to my need is well documented. and available as evidence to my naïve observations. Being an admitted first time homebuyer maybe this is how I should expect actual realtors to obstruct home buying by relying on profiles, racism and resistance to Greeks as was done to immigrants of Greek heritage by the KKK.
