The carpet we ordered wasn't in stock so they had to order it. Prior to ordering, they sent out an installer to measure. When they gave me the price I was told it was much higher because the carpet has a design in it which requires them to line it up taking much more carpet. When they arrived to install the carpet today we found out the reason it cost so much was because they decided to order carpet for three bedrooms and closets. When I tried to get this resolved, the sales associate and manager both got very aggressive yelling at me on the phone saying there's nothing they can do about it. Do not use this facility.
