Let me start off by saying it takes a lot for me to poorly rate a place…read more Went through the whole "free estimate" process and everything seemed fine and professional but when I received the quote and chose what I wanted to have done, I never received a response back. I called and left a message and sent a couple emails and received nothing back. I was ghosted. Unprofessional response if you ask me. Don't get me wrong, they seemed knowledgeable and could perform everything I had on my mind in terms of landscaping but in terms of their lack of professionally declining their service I was not impressed. Upon speaking to some of my neighbors, they also were ghosted after receiving a quote. Very unprofessional. A good company should "thank you for your time" or at least acknowledge your decision or at the very least tell you they aren't able to provide the service you desire instead of leaving you in the dark.

I contacted All Weather Landscaping to set up an appointment for a free estimate for the work as I was looking to support a local company. Anyway, Jeff and his colleague stopped by and said they could do the work and would give me an estimate by the end of that weekend. One week later, I hadn'tf heard from them. I also called them and left voicemails and no one has responded. It seems to me that they just didn't want to do the work and instead of letting me know, they are trying to ignore the issue away. Not professional.
