Needed some help to tackle all of the clutter in my house. I wanted to get rid of it and I knew it would be too much work to handle myself. I had a wide variety of things I wanted to get rid of, including some old clothes and boxes, a few obsolete electronics and even some furniture. I looked into several firms and it was House Clearance Ltd. that I hired. I called them up for info and got a lot of support and advice. I received a free quote and that was what I needed to book with them. I hired a couple of rubbish collectors and they came at the agreed upon time. They quickly got to work, taking away all of the unwanted goods I had. They had bags and boxes for everything and were able to shift it all without any problem. I was worried that my property may get damaged as the goods were being taken outside but this didn't happen. They had vehicles at the ready to take things away, but not at first. I had some trouble sorting the parking but it was resolved and they could take away all of my junk. They made the process simple by doing the hard work for me. read more

My basement had practically become a landfill. I was dumping useless items there constantly and only recently I became aware of the absurd size of the heap I created. I decided that it was time to get rid of everything and called House Clearance Ltd. for the basement junk clearance. Three collectors came, and it was an overall very quick job. They did not waste any time, went in, started bagging rubbish and took it to the van once the bags were full. That took about half an hour and it was done with great discipline, I've rarely seen a team so organised. And they worked very quietly, I probably wouldn't have noticed them at all if I wasn't watching them work in case they found an item I might find valuable. At the end, the price turned out 40 pounds higher, but I had really underestimated the amount of rubbish there. Considering the work, it was all worth it. Thank you so much for the good work! read more

My office had been going through some changes recently. We were expanding, adding new staff and more. We were redecorating the office and we had to get rid of all the old junk and clutter. Once the job was done, we had tons of rubbish and old items to get rid of, too much to just throw into the bins. We wanted things gone safely and quickly, so we felt it would be best to get some professionals on the job. House Clearance Ltd. was who we hired and they did great work for us. There were some problems with booking, as the girl on the phone could not offer us the time slot we wanted. However they called an hour later to inform us that they could come at the time and date we wanted. Once they got here everything was fine. They collected all junk from the office with minimal disruption and they didn't drop, break or forget anything. The job was done quickly. read more

House Clearance Ltd. helped me get rid of some old electronics last weekend and I was absolutely thrilled. I had an old PC and a printer that I was keeping in my garage. Initially, I was surprised how cheap their services are and I was a bit sceptical about the results. Anyways, I couldn't spend a lot on rubbish removal, so I picked these guys. I wanted to schedule the service for a Saturday, but they had a pretty big project the same date and there were no available time slots. Truth is, I planned the whole thing badly and I called at the last moment. The guys were very helpful, though, and they called later to inform that they could come on Saturday. I can't express my gratitude to these guys for helping me out at the last moment. Thank you so much! read more

I replaced a lot of the furniture in my apartment and wanted rid of the old things. I was recommended House Clearance Ltd. by a friend and called for a quote. I didn't know where to start to dispose of the things and didn't have the right transport either. The service was well done and at a good price. Most of the old furniture was going to be revived and used again. I was so relieved about the fact that the lovely team carried all of the items down the two flights of stairs and along a narrow alley. It was so great to have it taken away in one trip, thanks so much. read more

My garden was looking a fight until I hired House Clearance Ltd.. They sent a garden clearance team to me really quickly and removed all the rubbish and trash that seemed to be all over the place. We'd had really strong winds which hadn't helped and there were bits of shrubbery and trees strewn everywhere too. They brought a load of equipment with them so that they were able not only to clear up the garden but also to dispose of all the rubbish they collected. They charged a fantastic price too! read more
