We would have been better off doing nothing. They are not professional cleaners. They also took 6 hours to do the clean as we had to wait for the carpet cleaner to arrive, who might we add was appalled by how poor the clean was conducted so he was manically trying to get the spots they missed - unfortunately he didn't find them all. Monster's response to us was a £20 refund which is insulting given the failure. We petitioned hard that this was insufficient and now they won't reply to our emails. No offer of a re-clean which wouldn't have been possible anyway due to end of tenancy.

The details are what I pay for in a 'deep' clean. Sadly not what you get when you buy this service…read more I will need to spend another hour or 2 on my flat to make it right. It's a small flat. 3 hours every two weeks is normally needed. 6 hours resulted lesser in this instance. I didn't have the time to get the results I wanted. I hired these guys. They cleaned it. It's somewhat cleaner. It's not a deep clean though. £126 and I have to clean myself. It's up to you but I won't repeat order. It would be a complete waste of money. Especially as I was told it's too late to raise a concern once they have my money. Other options are abundant. I have pictures of the results but they're not interested. Live and learn. We called them to ask them to come back as per the 48hours guarantee but it has been mentionned they could not come back. The estate agent therefore had to use its own cleaner and we have been charged an additional £150. I asked End of Tenancy Cleaners for a refund and they refused, and also never admitted their mistake despite the fact we sent them many pictures of theyr bad work (received from the second cleaning company). I would definitely avoid this company in any case, bad work, no respect for the customer, ... Dont go to cheap, you will obviously be disappointed like we did.

While their website quotes £12 per hour for cleaning and £19 for carpet cleaning, I somehow…read morereceived a quote of £84 for 3 hours. Nonetheless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and assumed perhaps they would be sending more than one cleaner. While the cleaner was punctual, that is probably the best i can say of her. There was only one of her, and she did very little cleaning. Only one of the two bathrooms was cleaned, and even then the toilet remained completely untouched. In the kitchen, she wiped down the basic surfaces, but didn't descale the sink or taps, didn't clean the cupboards, didn't wipe down the splashback, didn't clean under the fridge. She briefly hoovered, and then swiftly left. My cleaner in Australia cleans a house six times the size of my London flat in the same time frame and for a lower price. I booked a deep clean of my studio flat and an oven clean…read more The quote for the deep clean was one cleaner for 5 hours. The cleaner called me to say they were finished after 3.5 hours. While cleaning had been done, I wouldn't call it a "deep clean": the cooker hood and kitchen blind were still thick with grease; laminate flooring in the bed area hadn't been cleaner at all; I'd cleared the top of the bathroom cabinet and fridge prior to the cleaner's arrival, but these had not been cleaned; and the tops of some doorframes had been missed. I ended up noticing and cleaning these areas myself over the next few days. The oven clean was booked for the same day, but I got a call on the day to say the cleaner was ill and we re-booked it for the following week. In discussing the re-booking time, I said I had a supermarket order arriving 2-6pm, and that I didn't want it to clash as my kitchen is very small. I asked how long an oven clean would take and was told 1-2 hours Therefore we booked the clean from 12-2pm. The oven cleaner still hadn't arrived at 1:35pm, and as it would have clashed I had to cancel the booking, I asked to cancel it. There was some quibble about refunding me the £75 fee for the oven cleaning, but I did get an agreement the next day to refund it due to being advised to book the cleaning for 12 in order to avoid the clash with the delivery at 2. While I understand that people get sick and sometimes bookings have to be re-scheduled at the last minute, and that traffic can cause delays, cancelling on the day, then being nearly two hours late for the rebooking and not at all proactive about letting the client know about it is a poor way to run a business. I'd also question their quality control process, as the deep clean was not to the standard I had hoped for.
