Susie helped prep mine and my ex-husband's divorce separation agreement. What I really respected…read moreabout her was her approach. While she listened to our requests and agreements with one another and helped make those things possible, she was also honest about what the judge may or may not like to see. This ensured that our agreements was something the judge would be more likely to approve. She was very easy to work with. One thing I was not as prepared for was the costs outside the sessions themselves. Something for future clients to know about is that it will cost not just the sessions but also the coordination via email as well. Despite this though, I would certainly use Susie again. It was worth it!

Horrible: 1- Their website does not list and Email…read morecontact. 2- Their phone does not answer 3- Mailbox is full 4- Their Lawyer referral form looks like it has been designed by a 5-year-old child. They might as well put thugs as judges. No integrity, No sense of community service, no care for children, No care for men. Their only goals are to push for women needs, even if they have to break the law. MA DCF is another trash organization

I never though I would need a lawyer. When I did I was told about Jean Porcello. I needed someone…read morewho could get it done and get it done fast! I met with Jean we talked about what was going on. Jean & her assistant Lindsey got on it right away! I went to court and got full custody of my children, for a father that is unheard of. I wish I never had to go threw this but I'm so glad I had Jean & Lindsey by my side.

I had an extremely disappointing and, frankly, alarming experience with this firm…read more Jean Porcello, the owner of the firm, advised me during a custody matter to disregard a temporary court order requiring me to allow my 6-month-old child to spend time with his father. She told me, "What is the worst that can happen? You won't end up at Framingham Prison." The very next day, I contacted the firm to confirm that this was actually the appropriate course of action. After consulting with her team, Jean retracted her advice and told me NOT to do what she had advised me to do the day before. The original advice given could have resulted in contempt, jail, and serious consequences for my custody case. I requested a refund for the two hours I was charged for seeking this careless council and never received a response. When you are trusting a law firm with something as serious as your child and your future, this level of poor judgment and accountability is unacceptable. In family law - sound, reliable advice is paramount - that's what the client is paying for.

Daniel is a very competent compassionate lawyer. My wife and I went through a bankruptcy and…read moreforeclosure, and he helped us through it. He handled all the court proceedings very professionally, answered any and all our questions, and we had a lot of them. It was a very stressful, embarrassing and emotional experience for us and He was very understanding and patient with us. He explained everything to us. He quoted us a price and stuck to it. he didn't Nickle and dime us with extra charges. He even answered other questions on other issues we had and didn't charge us extra. Even after the whole thing was over he would answer any questions we had, even questions that didn't pertain to the bankruptcy, and he didn't charge us anything, even when we offered to pay him something. Just recently, years after the whole thing was over, we were being harassed by a former creditor and it only took 1 call to Daniel and he took care of it. We would strongly recommend Daniel for legal help. You will not regret it. Mike G.
