When I dialed Houle Electric, a friendly and concerned answering service in Kelowna immediately relayed my message to Jason in Castlegar. Jason called me a few minutes later and arranged to drop by my house on his way home from work for a quick appraisal. Jason fixed my electric outlet problem in an efficient and professional manner, left no mess and was finished within an hour. Best experience yet dealing with tradesmen. had a very pleasant experience with Houle, they answered our call right away. Others I am still waiting for a call back. Person that came was very knowledgable and courteous. I had them do the wiring, it was done professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. They had all the parts required and got the job done quickly. Did not cost me as much as I thought. They left a copy of the permit so I feel secure in knowing that the job was done right. read more

Rod was not only answered the call, right away but was able to adjust the schedule off of his team of guys and get one to come by who was in the area and within an hour basically of my call.
