This hotel backs against a wonderful pedestrian waterfront walk. The buffet meals were very good. We couldn't get our pass key to open the rear gate leading to the waterfront walk, so we had to walk the perimeter of the hotel instead (as the desk staff appeared to be inordinately busy).

We had dinner and breakfast then checked out to leave. The food was okay and not as varied as I would have liked. We did walk around the block before the rain set in. The entire staff was very kind - including the general manager who went above and beyond for us - letting us use the entire restaurant for just us which was very romantic with music and a fireplace. The food was very nice as well, salmon was cooked perfectly. Parking was very easy, just right on the street in front of the hotel. Listening to the waves crash all night in a quiet town was a real treat. Cafe du port also has great food down the street and my bf fell in love with the town barber- he was very friendly and did a wonderful job.
