The bathroom was more of a European style…read morebathroom where there was a subtle divider between the shower and sink area ensuring that you'll have water all over the floor. The thing I was disappointed greatly with this hotel is that they disable the HVAC controls during the winter time. The whole point of having the controls is so you can control the comfort of the room. It was quite uncomfortable in the room as the wall radiator was running all the time making the room a sweat box. The hotel staff said that we needed to leave the windows open to cool the room. Unfortunately, the street side is quite noisy. At least breakfast was decent, although, I still have mixed views about the comfort of the room. At least the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

We had dinner and breakfast then checked out to leave. The food was okay and not as varied as I would have liked. We did walk around the block before the rain set in. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice shower and large sink. The staff were nice. It was not the best or the worst hotel on the trip but sort of midrange. Not exactly 5-star.

The waterfront area had lots of locals around doing fun stuff - school dance program, little art show and hand made craft booths.
