Now we're talking about a restaurant that opened up over 900 years ago and their menu and food is still ridiculously good! I guess their food had had to be good to stay open almost 1,000 years! The views from our balcony table were amazing. The characters serving us were entertaining and our lunch was 1,000 years old fantastic. We opened with a Tonno Salad (Tuna) that was great. I had their specialty of the house pasta which was - FUSILLI AL TEGAMINO with sausage and mozzarella, quick baked pasta with sausage ragù. After you eat a bowl of this, you absolutely know you're in Italy. The beauty of I'll Terrrazzino Ristorante is just how good it is and not being a tourist spot, and maintaining its integrity for 1,000 years! This was a once in a lifetime experience.

The rose garden was beautiful, and there are sculptures, statues, and interesting architecture throughout the property. The overlooks were probably our favorite part. The views are incredible and some of the best we saw in Ravello. We also stopped at the café and had a Coke and a lemonade, which were perfect on a sunny and hot day. It was a nice place to sit for a little while and enjoy the surroundings. It also was not too crowded with tourists when we were there, which made walking around much more enjoyable. Overall, Villa Cimbrone is a beautiful, peaceful place with amazing views and gardens. Definitely worth visiting if you are in Ravello.

The views from up there are absolutely insane, but nothing beats the Infinity Terrace (Terrazza dell'Infinito). While we were walking around the gardens, we actually got to witness a wedding happening on the grounds. Talk about the ultimate dream venue. it looked straight out of a movie.

Leonardo is simply the best of the best. First of all, hello Robert Downey Jr?? Let's just say he not only looks just like Iron Man himself, but also has all of his charisma as well. He truly made our time here unequivocally special and honestly just made us feel so welcomed. I will never forget when the hotel had live music on Wednesday night and he danced with my mom. The environment he cultivates for his guests is unlike no other. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wonderful bar team too. All of the boys were so kind to me, they made me feel like royalty. Needless to say I was blown away by all of the wonderful people working here. The beauty. The hotel is showered in beautiful pink flowers and gardens that are impossible to ignore. To say the views are spectacular would be an extreme understatement. I don't have the words to fully convey how truly magnificent this hotel is. I already miss it greatly and it's only been one month. If there is another time where I should find myself lucky enough to be in Positano again, it will not be up for debate where I will be staying.

A truly wonderful place to hold a wedding reception for the daughter. We had a small intimate…read morewedding celebration, 36 adult guests in total - immediate family and friends. Highly recommended - Service was excellent- waiters were very attentive and unobtrusive. Very much what to expect for what I can only describe as old fashioned. It's the kind of place with a head waiter dressed in a tuxedo suit. Very well organized - each course served by several waiters so no one was waiting. It was timed it so that you could eat leisurely and have time to breathe between courses. Food was very well prepared. hors d'oeuvres for reception on the grassy and tree lined terrace included multiple delicious classic pairings : cream with dollop of caviar or smoked salmon bites on toast, assorted battered seafood and cheesy bites, baked tiny pizzas and bruschetta ( no pictures - busy with photos of family and bride and groom.) Venue for actual dinner was so beautifully setup and decorated . We were outdoors and they had it prepared for rainy weather and boy, that thunderstorm sounded like a fireworks show to cap the night. Live music and soloist during dinner was great and so was the DJ for dancing after ( not part of venue). There is a second floor for guests to go to to rest and it was quiet enough for the 2 babies to fall asleep. Here's a reminder- the towns along the Amalfi coast are all really on a mountain - a lot of winding roads to get to places . Keep your legs and knees in shape- expect a lot of stair climbing and walking from main roads. And it's a pasta lovers' dream - you can't really low carb here. The stair climbing and walking is great to work off some of the Carbs. Weather changes often- for this day we started with overcast skies that gave way to sunshine during the ceremony then a real rainy and loud thunderstorm which cleared as we ended. So do come prepared. Bonus: there was a church along the way that you can visit if you have time.
