Second stay over the years, getting checked in around 3 pm is a pain; staff not very positive, or helpful, wait ten minutes, than wait ten minutes more. They know a big group is coming in, so how can they not be prepared. Hotel is not convenient to Rome, at all. Not much around the hotel, very industrial park area. read more
