I stayed here for 4 nights recently. Its location is very convenient. It is a 7 story property with elevators and an in house restaurant. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and there are many restaurants and bars that are within a 5 minute walk away. Less than a 5 minute walk away is a bus and train terminal making travel around the city easy. Of course there are always Ubers nearby plus the hotel has a taxi service. Oxxo's are very close too. My room was sufficient in size with an attached bathroom and shower. The room had windows that would open for fresh air if desired and included a wall mount TV. The hotel has central heating and air but my room did not have its own thermostat however I was comfortable during my entire visit. During my stay the front staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also, I had breakfast in the restaurant and was pleased. My only negative was a very firm bed and to a lesser extent the pillows. Much firmer than I prefer. Other than that, I would return. P.S. the map location on Yelp is currently inaccurate. It's a 3 Star hotel that's a bit dated but very clean rooms and convenient location. Right above the subway and a 5min walk to Zona Rosa. Also, staff is friendly. Not a resort, just a room for US $30 per night to park your stuff and sleep. I have 5 stars because it's an amazing place for the price. It's not luxury, but expect to pay $179 at the Marriott. I'll take the $30 Segovia instead. read more
