On the first morning someone knocked on my door asking if I need anything. I asked for fresh towels. I got them but that was the house keeping for three days! No cleaning at all! There was nothing in the room not even a glass to put my toothbrush in. On my last day I asked for a one hour late check out possibility (12 instead of 11 o'clock) they wanted to charge one more whole night for this extra hour. Horrible experience. Wifi is slow. After every minute the connection broke. At the neighbour hotel (Goldener Knopf) I got supercute luxury for 15 Euros more! It's absolutely worth it!
